Tickets will be available through the NCHO conference registration desk. Due to the overwhelming response and inquiries about the Dixie Classic Fair on Thursday, October 9th, we wanted to touch base and clarify the event information.
We apologize for the confusion, however the Dixie Classic Fair entertainment option is not included in your conference registration fee. This entertainment option is $10 which will include transportation to and from the fair and your entrance into the fair. You will then have the option of purchasing rides and refreshments at your discretion while there. Transportation will be provided in the form of shuttles running between the hotel and the fairgrounds that evening. The specific Shuttle Schedule will be available at the conference.
In order to confirm your advance purchase of this Dixie Classic Fair Entertainment Package, please respond to this email no later than 12 noon on Thursday, October 2nd with the number of tickets you will need including guests. Your tickets will then be available to you at the Registration Desk for purchase at the $10 rate. Of course you have the option to provide your own transportation and purchase your own tickets and parking at the gate if you would prefer.
