Dear Associates,
The Department of Residential Living at Western Carolina University will be hosting NCHO 2011 on November 9-11. We would be honored if you would join us at the Crowne Plaza Resort in beautiful Asheville, North Carolina.
NCHO depends greatly on the support of our Associates to be able to host this event. The cost of registration is $300 for Associates and booths can be displayed the evening of Wednesday, November 9th in the Expo Center at the Crowne Plaza Resort.

Additionally, sponsorships are available to support the event even further. There are many different types of event sponsorships. Each helps support important parts of the conference, and allows us to make the event the best possible value to participants. Should your company choose to sponsor an event, your company name and artwork (if provided) will be prominently displayed in the conference book and at the event. Further, if you sponsor an item like the conference binders, your company name and artwork (if provided) will be displayed on the item itself. Please consider co-sponsoring as well. If you would like a list of other invited Associates, please let us know.
Current sponsorship opportunities include:
Continental Breakfast (11/11) - $1,700
Closing Lunch (11/11) - $3,100
Conference Binders - $1,200
Conference Signage - $500
Thank you for your continued support of the NCHO conference and Western Carolina University. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sincerely,
Tim Chapman and Virginia Fowler
