The hotel can accept boxes no more than 3 days before your event. Since their storage space is limited, anymore than 4 boxes requires a storage fee of $125 a day.

We would like to invite your organization to be part of the North Carolina Housing Officers and the North Carolina College Personnel Association combined conference in Greenville, NC – November 14-16, 2007.

 At this event you can:

Student affairs/student life professionals are always looking for new products and services that help us meet the demands of our students, faculty, and staff in providing services on the college and university campuses.

 This event will bring over a 100 student affairs and student housing professionals from across the State of North Carolina to Greenville, NC.

 Space at this event is $250 (a lower price than past years), which includes a table, 120 volt power connection, and wireless internet.  The associate’s time at the event will be all on November 15, 2007.  Since, we know travel and overnight stays adds to the cost of participation in the event.

 We are limiting initial sign-up at the event to one space per organization, but will allow groups to pick up additional spaces about a month before the event.  ($250 for additional spaces)

Thursday, November 15

9:00 am – 10 am                     Exhibit Area Setup

10:00 am – 12 noon                Exhibit Area Open (with mid-morning beverages)

12 noon – 1:45 pm                  Lunch Banquet (one lunch for each associate with a space)

1:45 pm – 4:30 pm                  Exhibit Area Open

2:00 pm – 3:00 pm                  Dessert and Associates Social  

Marketing Items

If you reserve a space or sponsor part of the event and would like to have your marketing items (pens, small give-aways, handouts) please send 200 of these to (extras will be returned at the conference or after the event.)

Sponsorships

There is also a wonderful opportunity to support the event further.  There are many different types of event sponsorships. Each helps support important parts of the conference, and allows us to make the event the best possible value to participants.  We have lowered the costs of having a space at the event from past years to allow associates to support the event in other ways if they wish. 

If you sponsor an event your company name and artwork (if provided) will be prominently displayed in the conference book and at the event.  If you sponsor an item like the conference bags or books, your company name and artwork (if provided) will be displayed on the item you sponsored.
